Below are answers to some of the most common questions about using Recibia.
No. Recibia is not a bank, lender, or investment platform. We provide tools that help trusted groups organize and manage money rotation. Recibia does not hold deposits, lend money, or promise returns.
Once a cycle has started, participation is fixed for that cycle. Members choose whether to join before a cycle begins. If you don't want to participate, you can simply skip the next cycle.
If a contribution is missed, it's clearly visible to cycle participants. Clubs handle missed contributions according to their agreed rules, and Recibia may flag repeated issues for review or support involvement.
Payouts happen according to the rotation order defined at the start of a cycle. Each payout is recorded and visible to participants, so everyone knows when their turn is scheduled.
Recibia is designed to add structure, transparency, and oversight—but money rotation always involves trust between participants. We use security measures, monitoring, and admin review to reduce risk, but participation decisions ultimately belong to the members involved.
